These terms apply when you use Ask Ula on WhatsApp or visit https://askula.ai. The operator is Gigahertz Innovation LLC, USA.

1. What Ask Ula is

Ask Ula is a travel companion. You describe a trip in WhatsApp. She keeps Travel DNA (family, pace, budget, airports) and turns that into options you could actually take. The service currently starts in Munich. It is planning help, not a licensed package-tour sale and not a guaranteed booking engine.

2. Contract

By messaging Ask Ula or using this website you agree to these terms. Gigahertz Innovation LLC may refuse or end a chat that is abusive, unlawful, or outside the product. WhatsApp is provided by Meta. Their terms apply in addition to these.

3. Your messages

You must have the right to share what you send, including information about family members. Do not send payment credentials, government ID numbers, or other people’s data without a basis to do so. Suggestions from Ask Ula can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You decide what to book and with whom.

4. No booking promise

Availability of hotels, flights, tables, or tickets is not warranted. Prices, times, and walking estimates are indicative. Gigahertz Innovation LLC is not your counterparty for any third-party reservation unless a separate written contract says so.

5. Intellectual property

The Ask Ula name, wordmark, and site design belong to Gigahertz Innovation LLC. You may not copy the service or scrape it. You keep the rights in the text you send; you grant us a licence to use it solely to provide Ask Ula.

6. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach a duty that is essential to the contract (Kardinalpflicht), and then only for typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent the law allows. This does not shift the burden of proof to you.

7. Changes

We may update these terms when the product changes. Continued use after notice on this page or in WhatsApp counts as acceptance of the new version, except where the law requires a different process.

8. Law and venue

German law applies to the use of this website and Ask Ula by consumers in the EU, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain. Gigahertz Innovation LLC is a limited liability company seated in the USA.
